Forte Investment Fund opens private real estate deals to investors on their own terms — you see the exact project, and you decide how much to invest. We built the email program that carries that story: the playbook, the founder-voice campaign and landing page, and the compliance-first infrastructure underneath it all.

Forte is a real estate private equity platform built for investors who were ready — but kept hitting the same wall: oversized minimum checks, stacks of paperwork, and a process that hasn’t changed in decades. On Forte, an investor sees the exact project before committing and decides how much to invest, from $1,000 to a substantial position. Its first offering is a ground-up, seven-unit development in Paterson, New Jersey.
A story like that deserves an inbox it can actually reach. And in 2026, that is harder than it has ever been: Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft now reject or junk email that fails to authenticate, and a fund raising under Regulation A carries disclosure obligations most senders never think about. Forte needed more than a campaign — it needed an email program built to those standards, in a voice that sounds like its founder, not a marketing department.
So we built the program end to end: the playbook that sets the fund’s email standards across the entire contact lifecycle, a re-engagement campaign and landing page written in the founder’s voice, the protected sending infrastructure cold outreach demands, and the tracking and nurture architecture that keeps working after the opt-in.
“Cold email in 2026 is an infrastructure problem before it’s a copy problem. We built Forte’s program in that order — authentication, warmup, and compliance first, then founder-voice copy that reads like one person writing to another. Because it is.”

We built Forte’s email growth engine across four connected workstreams — each designed so a regulated fund can reliably reach serious investors’ inboxes, and read like its founder when it gets there.
The standard for how Forte sends email — from first cold touch to long-term retention. Two tracks split at the opt-in line, grounded in the authentication rules Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft now enforce, with warm-up plans and compliance checklists for every kind of send.
A founder-led campaign to re-open the conversation with investors who had explored Forte before. We wrote the landing page in the founder’s plainspoken voice, matched it to the official brand system — typography, palette, signature gradient — and designed, built, and published it in HubSpot, converting on a communications opt-in rather than a hard sell.
Dedicated sending domains kept fully separate from the fund’s primary domain, run on the playbook’s standard — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, mailbox-by-mailbox warmup, and conservative daily caps — so sender reputation is protected before the first real send ever goes out.
Every opt-in tagged at the source, with an architecture designed to reconcile investor status between HubSpot and the fund’s investment platform — self-updating segments that route contacts into nurture, and out again the moment they become investors. Analytics underneath so every step is measurable.
Rather than a one-off email blast, Forte now owns the system underneath: a documented sending standard the whole team can work from, a live landing page in its own voice and brand, protected sending infrastructure, and a nurture architecture that keeps working long after a campaign earns the opt-in.
