Unreal Engine
The lifecycle and campaign strategy the whole engagement was built on — auditing email and in-product channels, then building the playbook that lifted performance across the product suite.
Epic Games partnered with Storyworthy to build a lifecycle marketing and campaign strategy — first proven on Unreal Engine, then tailored to Twinmotion and MetaHuman. One playbook, adapted to three distinct creator audiences across the portfolio.
Epic Games builds the tools behind much of today’s real-time 3D — from Unreal Engine to Twinmotion to MetaHuman. Each reaches a different creator audience, but all share the same lifecycle challenge: meeting the right users with the right message at the right moment in their journey.
We designed the Epic Games campaign playbook on Unreal Engine — auditing email and in-product channels, segmenting the audience by industry and behavior, and building the lifecycle and campaign programs that lifted performance across brand, product, field, and Epic Games Store marketing.
We then extended that playbook to Twinmotion’s architectural-visualization creators and to MetaHuman’s go-to-market launch — tailoring the segmentation and campaigns to each product while driving cross-sell across the portfolio. The result: increased user acquisition, product adoption, and Monthly Active Users (MAUs) across Epic Games.
