Unreal Engine
The lifecycle and campaign strategy this Twinmotion work was built on — auditing email and in-product channels, then building the playbook that lifted performance across the Epic Games product suite.
We ran auditing across Twinmotion’s email and in-product messaging campaigns to design a product-specific playbook that drove user acquisition, engagement and retention; supported cross-selling of additional Epic Games products, and led to an increase in Monthly Active Users (MAUs).

Twinmotion turns raw 3D data into gorgeous, real-time visuals and immersive experiences — helping architects, designers, and creators visualize spaces in intricate detail, market their work before it leaves the production pipeline, and win over stakeholders, across architecture, engineering, construction, urban planning, automotive, product design, and more industries.
Customer touchpoints across the Twinmotion user journey included email and in-product campaigns that support brand, product version launches, customer education, field and event marketing, and industry-specific playbooks, case studies and more.
Prior to working with Epic Games, the Twinmotion campaigns were being sent across all product users. In trying to address all user needs and interests within each email, campaign performance was suffering. In working with the Twinmotion team, and the in-house Epic Games marketing team, we implemented new audience segmentation based on industry and business use case. From there, we redesigned the campaign strategy, introduced a Twinmotion-specific campaign playbook, and created user persona-specific content and creative. This work directly improved all Twinmotion campaign performance.
The strategy and best practices we built for Unreal Engine became the foundation for our work with Twinmotion. Rather than start from scratch, we adapted the proven audit framework, segmentation model, and campaign playbook to Twinmotion’s product, its industries, and its users — accelerating impact across the full lifecycle. The engagement spanned four connected workstreams.

New audience segmentation built on industry and business use case, so the right message reached the right persona within the right compliance boundaries.
Re-mapped nurture, engagement, and retention journeys around user behavior and the channels each segment actually preferred.
A Twinmotion-specific best-practices playbook covering planning, subject lines, CTAs, email design, delivery timing, and newsletter strategy — a shared standard for every team.

“Meet users where they are. Deliver valuable experiences. Use email to inspire action — not to add to the noise.”

The audit and playbook drove increased performance across all audience segments for email marketing and in-product communications to support brand, product, event and field marketing activities. This directly increased user acquisition, product adoption across additional Epic Games products through cross-selling activities, and Monthly Active Users (MAUs).

The same campaign strategy extended to MetaHuman, Epic Games’ framework for creating high-fidelity digital humans — convincing, bespoke characters for any 3D project, any engine.
